I know what you are thinking, another new review of an older book. Well, I personally just got into reading the Harry Potter books. I have watched the movies but have not read the books I did it a little backwards. I would recommend this type of book to people who like more witchy things and or fantasy types of books. The way J. K. Rowling writes in this book really takes you through emotions. It was as if I was on a roller coaster that I never wanted to get off. I am now becoming more of a fan of Harry Potter as I read each book. I would rate this book 5/5 stars. @JJ_03_ of the Hamilton Public Library's Teen Review Board This is by far my favourite book of the entire series. Harry, Ron, and Hermione are now more grown up, so the plot from here starts to take off. In this book, you start to get a deeper feeling about magical life outside of Hogwarts, and the struggles that have happened in the past and are brewing. Because Harry, Ron, and Hermione have now entered their teenage years, it is easier to connect with the characters and visualize yourself in the book. No matter how many times I read this book, I always cry during the last few chapters because I get so engrossed into the reading that I forget I am not actually apart of their world. If you are debating on continuing the Harry Potter series, do not stop now! This book is a must read (or listen)! 5/5 stars @LucindatheGreen of the Hamilton Public Library's Teen Review Board Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire is the fourth book in the Harry Potter Series. Harry Potter and his friends Ron and Hermione are starting their fourth year at Hogwarts. This year, Hogwarts is hosting the Triwizard Tournament. One student from each European wizarding school, Hogwarts, Beauxbatons, and Durmstrang, will compete in events to determine who will win the Triwizard Cup. Students seventeen years of age may put their name in the Goblet of Fire if they wish to be chosen as a competitor for the tournament. After the Goblet made its decision on three competitors, the Goblet chose another, Harry Potter. Harry will need all the help he can get from his friends to compete in the tournament and find out who put his name in the Goblet of Fire. This book is dark and complicated but at the same time thrilling and entertaining. It is much longer and harder to comprehend than the first three Harry Potter books, and will require a more advanced reading level, as it has themes young readers may not understand. Overall, I would rate this book four out of five stars. @Sapphirereads of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library This is the fourth book of the Harry Potter series. This is an awesome book as Harry starts growing, even more, close friends with Ron's family like never before and hanging out and living with them. He also finds a new crush. This the book where a mysterious man appearing in Harry's dream appears to try to kill him. There is a great plot twist at the end about the new dark arts teacher. We find out that Harry is forced to enter the tournament as someone mysteriously dropped his name in the goblet of fire making him the youngest champion ever. This book also sees the rise of Voldemort's reign and everyone starts to fear him. This is one of the most important books of the series as it gives a lot of insights of what happens and the rise of Voldemort. @The_Dark_Knight of the Teen Review Board at the Hamilton Public Library
