My kids are 6 and 9 - they love video games and Captain Underpants. I wasn't sure how they would take to this classic. But when I started reading to them they laughed so hard. The stories are wonderful and surprisingly funny - I didn't recall that when I read them as a very young kid. My kids especially loved how Pooh's friends and Christopher Robin would totally misspell words or misunderstand how things work (like the North Pole). These scenes sent my kids into hysterics. A very fun read for adults and kids and surprisingly engaging for savvy kids of today.
