This book is fantastic! Before I started reading it I knew next to nothing about how to purchase a house. After just a few short weeks spent reading a few pages here and there, I feel as though I"m well on the way to being ready to buy my first home. Pair this with HGTV shows like "My First Place" (excellent one!) and "House Hunters" and you'll enjoy it even more!
