Beautifully written and plotted, a psychological murder mystery/thriller told by a retired surgeon suffering from dementia. I loved this book!

I agree the narrator was wonderful. By the time I got to the end of the story, I was so depressed that I didn't care if she committed the murder or not. Much longer than it needed to be.
