Another good book by Joanne Fluke. Don't read these books if you are hungry as the recipes sound delicious.

I am really enjoying this series. It is lighthearted, easy to read, and just a lot of fun. This particular book had me giggling and smiling all the way through... even though it is about a murder. Hannah is her own woman, something that her mother doesn't want to understand, and she gets herself into the darndest situations. I'll be reading the whole series, I believe.

Hannah Swensen owns a cookie shop in a small town in Minnesota, and some of her recipes are included. After a judge made harsh comments while judging a dessert bake-off, he is found murdered in his garage. He was an abusive husband, so nobody was too upset until a second murder is discovered by Hannah. These are light mysteries with some appeal, but I prefer the books of Diane Mott Davidson, who also includes recipes.
