Add a CommentThere's hardly any science in this book but even in the few weeks since I first read through it, it's been having an incredibly positive impact on my life. I purchased my own copy and continue to reread portions of the book regularly. It's also weirdly good workout motivation. Keeping active (both physically and mentally) is one the ways Dale proposes we can help ourselves avoid toxic worry. I recommend that everyone read this book! Worry hurts the body, mind, and soul. Learning to live more in the moment and avoid toxic thoughts is well worth the investment.
Written in a different era but the message still applies today - stop worrying and start doing.
I want to renew this book. But I don't know how.
Very practical knowledge backed up by examples. Books are simply not written this way anymore! Good one for the collection.
