I wish it was available in another e- format. 3M Cloud is horrible.

This is the first book I've read on depression and yes, agree totally with other users comment: it is very refreshing and liberating.
I have made many notes and there will be a few post-it notes dotted around the house & in my diary. A very useful read for sufferers and those who have loved ones suffering from depression. Explains a lot of things you might be experiencing / observing and also helps with ways to tackle things.

I thought this was an excellent book. It doesn't provide a "step by step" guide but just by putting so well into words the way depression feels is quite refreshing and liberating
